Deborah Brown

Deborah Brown is a board member at Welcome House and a former senior facilities planner. Deborah has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and project management. Deborah has a proven track record of creating and managing databases for large scale projects, including a real estate management database for 400+ commercial properties. Deborah has also provided budgetary oversight for businesses including electronics manufacturing, golf courses, and a retail mall. In addition to their work in commercial real estate, Deborah has also consulted on creating an MS Access database for issuing and tracking warranties, processing warranty repairs, and managing returns.

Deborah Brown began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Deborah then went on to earn a Master's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering: Human Factors Engineering from the same school. After that, they earned an MS in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Finally, they have attained certification from both the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in CPR & First Aid.
