Erica Giaimo

Erica Giaimo has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Welcome House since March 2010. In addition to this leadership role, Erica has been involved in quality assurance at The Welcome House, Inc. since the same date. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Cleveland State University, obtained between 2008 and 2010, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, received from 2004 to 2008.
