Marissa Allen

Marissa Allen, M.Ed, has extensive experience in education and care coordination, currently serving as the Training Coordinator for The Welcome House, Inc. since November 2016. Previous roles include Program Staff/Teacher at Horizon Education Centers, where lesson plans were created for grades K-2, and Career Coordinator Intern at Cleveland State University, where workshops were designed to assist students in career searches. Marissa also worked as a substitute teacher in various districts and held positions as Team Leader at Koinonia Homes Inc. and Operations Manager at Connections in Ohio, emphasizing leadership in direct care. Marissa holds a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University.
