Niki Tsapoura

Niki Tsapoura has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. In 2009, they began their career as a Researcher at Marc SA. Niki then moved on to become a Market Researcher at MRB Hellas in 2010. In 2012, they joined \u039e\u03a5\u039d Leading Hellenic Consulting as an Associate Consultant, then moved up to Consultant and Recruiting Manager. In 2018, they became a Business Development Intern at Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC). In 2019, they began working at Welcome Pickups as a Driver Recruiter, where their responsibilities included contacting prospect leads, training drivers on the App usage, providing support and aid, processing incoming activities, monitoring performance and quality of services, gathering feedback, and managing trips. In 2020, they joined efood as a Rider Recruiter, then moved up to Senior Rider Recruiter. Niki is currently employed at Welcome Pickups as a Destination Lead.

Niki Tsapoura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus between 2006 and 2011.
