Raul Lomeli-Azoubel has had a long and varied career in the business world. Raul began in 2002 as the President of the Latino Education Achievement Project (LEAP). In 2004, they were hired by Wells Fargo as the Latino Market Manager and was promoted to VP of Diverse Growth Segments in 2005. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Chairman of the Board of the Avenida Guadalupe Association. In 2012, they were appointed Chairman of the Board of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, they were appointed Chairman of the Board of MALDEF - Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Since 2009, they have been the Chairman of the Board of SABEResPODER. In 2010, they co-founded Welcome Technologies, a venture-funded mobile tech platform helping immigrant communities connect to opportunity.
