Yvette Drake, CCBCO, MBA

Yvette Drake, CCBCO, MBA has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Yvette began their career in 1989 as a Senior Sales Executive at Equifax Credit Information Services Pvt Ltd. In 2008, they became the VP Director of Marketing at World Acceptance Corporation, where they played an integral leadership role steering Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Fraud, and Sales Finance division, as well as initiating Compliance requirements. In 2016, they were the National Sales Director at FactorTrust, and in 2017, they were the Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing at Name Seeker, Inc., where they developed and provided oversight of the sales function and developed the required compliance documentation. In 2020, they were the EVP/Director of Marketing & Operations at Certus Capital LLC, where they consulted, developed, and provided oversight of marketing, compliance and credit evaluation, document review as required by the mortgage lenders for residential and commercial lending. Currently, Yvette is the Senior Vice President - Cards and Compliance at Welcome Tech, where they oversee the card initiatives, evaluates and implements pricing, collection, fraud, and recovery strategy, and manages vendor relationships. Yvette also advises management on status, issues, risks, and change requests for all initiatives.

Yvette Drake obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Florida in 2007, majoring in Marketing. In 2021, they earned their Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) certification from the ICBA.
