Rachel Perić has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Rachel began their career as a Project Manager at Management Systems International in 2001 and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Campaign Director, Montgomery County at the United Way of the National Capital Area. Rachel then took on the role of Executive Director at the Montgomery Coalition for Adult English Literacy from 2007 to 2011, where they led the organization's growth and oversaw various programs. In 2011, they joined Welcoming America as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Communications, and also briefly served as the Friends of Welcoming. Rachel continued to work at Welcoming America, where they were the Deputy Director from 2012 to 2017. Rachel's hard work and dedication eventually led their to become the Managing Director and Executive Director at Welcoming America, starting in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
