Hauge Lund Kristensen

Hauge Lund Kristensen has extensive experience in the wind power and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Teknisk chef CTO at Welcon A/S since June 2016, focusing on the technical preparation of documentation for wind turbine towers and collaborating on the development of the Tetrapar floating foundation. Prior to this, Hauge held various leadership roles at Siemens Wind Power, including Teamlead Tower Manufacturing and Lean Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed shop floor management and lean implementation. Earlier positions include Order Control Manager at Multicut A/S, Head of IT and Business Improvement at Hendricks Industries Aps, and IT-Chef at Hendricks Industries, among others, highlighting a strong background in project management, ERP systems optimization, and production management. Hauge's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Production from HIH Handels og Ingeniørhøjskole in Herning.
