Roger Ainsworth

Roger Ainsworth has extensive experience in public safety and fire protection management. Currently serving as Deputy Bureau Chief at Weld County since June 1983, Roger Ainsworth supervises five commanders and their deputies within the Public Safety Bureau, handling responsibilities such as budgeting, documentation monitoring, promotional processes, and serving as a liaison to the Weld County Regional Communications Board. From January 2012 to May 2016, Roger Ainsworth held the position of Director at Milliken Fire Protection District, where responsibilities included working with the Board of Directors and the chief to enhance services for citizens, as well as serving on the Ambulance Oversight Committee for the management of advanced life support in the region.
