Andy Douglas

Andy Douglas has extensive experience in education and the brewing industry. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Welding Technology Corporation since May 2023, Andy has concurrently held the position of Brewing Instructor at Wayne County Community College District since January 2002, focusing on developing and presenting beginning home brewing classes. Additional roles include Head Brewer at Canton Brew Works from December 2020 to July 2023 and various positions in sales and brewing at Adventures In Homebrewing and Ypsi Ale House. Andy's background in academia includes adjunct professorships at multiple institutions, including Oakland Community College and Washtenaw Community College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Kansas State University, alongside Bachelor's degree credentials in the same field.
