Suzette Nordstrom has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Suzette began their career in 1977 as a Front Office Manager at Carlson Distributing Inc., where they worked for their father's wholesale gas and oil business. From 1978 to 1979, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at McDonald's, where they gained valuable experience in fast-paced customer service. Suzette then took on the role of Front Desk Manager at Valley Publishing Co. from 1979 to 1981. In 1982, they became a Professional Cheer Coach at United Spirit Association, where they had the opportunity to work with talented athletes and teach teamwork and hard work. In 1984, they joined Nordstrom as part of the Human Resource Management team, marking their first job after college. In 1989, they founded Lillian Conn Design Group, LLC, working as an ASID Interior Designer. Additionally, in 2004, they founded Lillian Conn Art, Antiques, & Design, a locally-owned business that earned recognition as the "Best of Spokane & Coeur d'Alene Business". Lastly, in 2004, they established Weldon Barber, LLC, aiming to improve the barber industry with excellent service and a positive work environment. Suzette's extensive work experience showcases their diverse skill set and entrepreneurial spirit.
Suzette Nordstrom attended Eastern Washington University from 1979 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations. After a gap of several years, they returned to their educational pursuits and enrolled at The Art Institutes from 1994 to 1997. At this institution, they obtained a Master Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design.
