Bj Monson

BJ Monson has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 when they joined the US Army as an Executive Officer until 2011. BJ then transitioned to Army Special Forces (Airborne) where they served as a Special Forces Officer and later became a Detachment Commander from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, Monson joined the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as a Special Forces Operations Officer until 2018. Following their military career, Monson worked at Climatec, LLC as an Outside Sales Engineer from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Monson is employed at Weldon Contractors where they started as a Director of Operations in 2020 and now holds the position of Vice President of Preconstruction.

BJ Monson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Systems from Truman State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Buffalo Grove High School from 2000 to 2004. Most recently, BJ pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2020 to 2022.
