Raphael Savalle

Raphael Savalle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Group CFO at Weleda AG since 2022, Raphael focuses on creating a purpose-driven organization while overseeing HR, Legal, IT, Data, and Digitalization. Prior roles include CFO for the Digital Marketplaces Business at Bauer Media Group, Group CFO at Flavors Holdings Inc., and Division CFO for Global Operations at Coty, where Raphael significantly contributed to revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
