Randy Ulseth has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Randy served as the CEO of FirstLight Health System from 2002 to 2021 and as the Chief Executive Officer of Welia Health from 2002 until present. Additionally, they held the position of CEO at Cannon Falls Hospital District from 1995 to 2001. Randy also served as the Board Chair of Central Minnesota Diagnostics Inc. and Sisu Medical Solutions. Randy showcased their organizational and managerial abilities as the Race Director of Mora Half Marathon from 2006 to 2012.
Randy Ulseth earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Bemidji State University in the years 1988 to 1990. Randy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from UW-LaCrosse from 1990 to 1992.
