Sheila Peterson, MBA, has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Sheila began their career in 2000 at FirstLight Health System, where they worked as HIS Lead. In this role, they played a key role in the HIS department, overseeing hospital coding, transcription, scanning, and ROI services. Sheila also served on the medical record review committee and compliance committee. Sheila worked on various HIE projects within the facility and region. In 2014, they joined Welia Health as Revenue Cycle Manager and later became Director of Revenue Cycle. No end dates are provided for their roles at Welia Health.
