Dr Rutu Gujarathi

Dr. Rutu Gujarathi serves as an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Senior Manager of Alumni Relations at Prin L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research since August 2012, focusing on contemporary marketing education and methodologies. Dr. Gujarathi completed a PhD in Personal Branding aimed at enhancing the employability of MBA graduates, receiving a Gold Medal for research excellence at the AIMS Convention 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where contributions focused on career growth and succession planning for various organizations and initiatives. Additionally, Dr. Gujarathi previously held a faculty position at the Welingkar Institute of Management, successfully boosting student placements across multiple sectors. Current educational pursuits include a Counselor Education/School Counseling program at NHCA Singapore.
