Malu van Geel

Malu van Geel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety. Currently serving as the QESH Manager at Welkoop since September 2024, Malu previously worked as a Trainer and Advisor for Quality and Food Safety at Normec Foodcare from May 2019 to September 2024, and as a Customer Quality Affairs Officer at Koninklijke Euroma BV from February 2015 to April 2019. Malu also owned and operated Van Geel Voedingsdeskundige, contributing expertise in nutrition from February 2014 to April 2019. Earlier roles include a Zorgadviseur at Achmea and Project Assistant at Spring Instituut, alongside educational contributions at CAH Vilentum. Malu's journey in the industry began with a role as a Hostess at Van Gestel catering, and research at Ziekenhuis Gelderse Vallei. Educationally, Malu holds a Master's degree in Nutrition & Health and a Bachelor's degree in Voeding & Gezondheid, both from Wageningen University.
