Lilian Roos

Lilian Roos is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Product Manager at Well Gesundheit AG since July 2022. With a strong background in operations, Lilian held the position of Head of Operations at TechFace.ch from June 2020 to June 2022, focusing on increasing diversity in technology. Prior to this, Lilian spent nearly a decade at the Federal Office of Sport FOSPO, engaging in roles such as Head of Competence Unit Monitoring and Research Associate, alongside academic responsibilities as a lecturer and PhD student.
