Kerri Patterson

Kerri Patterson, PMP, SA, POPM has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Software Project Manager at Ericsson for five years. Kerri then joined Cisco in 2001, where they held positions as a Solutions Program Manager and Business Operations/Solutions Program Manager, focusing on cybersecurity and unified communications. In 2011, they joined Allscripts as the Director of Development, leading cross-functional teams and implementing leadership development programs. From 2014 to 2018, Kerri founded and ran their own company, Patterson Tech Solutions, providing strategic program management. Kerri also served as an Advisory Board Member at NC State University and was the CEO of My Family Cloud from 2015 to 2018. Kerri then worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Director of IT for Optum, overseeing clinical innovation, agile coordination, and leadership. From 2021 to 2022, they joined Ballista Technology Group, where they served as Director and Chief Strategy Officer, driving growth, developing professional services processes, and showcasing quantum solutions. Kerri also worked as an Independent Consultant, serving as a Principal Consultant and executing transformative processes and exploring quantum computing. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering Delivery and Program Management at Well, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Kerri has demonstrated expertise in program management, agile methodologies, executive transformation, and innovation.

Kerri Patterson, PMP, SA, POPM, has a Master Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University, obtained in 2005. Kerri also holds a BSET degree in Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed between 1987 and 1989. In addition, Kerri attained an ASEE degree in Engineering from Central Piedmont Community College in 1987. Kerri has also earned the certifications of Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, and Project Management Professional.
