Victoria Ostlund

Victoria Ostlund has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Victoria currently holds the position of Vice President Delivery & Operations at Well, a digital health app leveraging machine learning and AI. As the 15th employee, they joined when the product was in the concept stage and played a crucial role in establishing systems and processes.

Prior to that, Victoria served as the Senior Director Delivery & Operations at Well, where they partnered with the CIO to define the technical roadmap and led the scaling up of the engineering staff. Victoria also oversaw Agile development and managed cross-functional activities.

Victoria also worked at Verata Analytics, LLC as the Head of Client Success & Delivery. Victoria joined the company during the concept stage and was responsible for building the client services function. Victoria'sefforts led to successful product implementations and acquisition of the company.

Prior to that, they worked at Hydratight as the Global Oracle Initiative - Americas Representative and North & South America - Asset Manager. Victoria managed a large asset fleet and was responsible for fixed asset financials and location data.

Victoria also gained experience at Honeywell Aerospace as the Supervisor of Materials, where they oversaw supply chain operations and achieved cost savings through process improvements. Victoria started their career at MidAmerican Energy as an Energy Efficiency Marketing Specialist and TYGOR Laboratories Inc as a Business Analyst, where they developed financial tracking systems and performed growth analysis.
