Leslie Keough

Leslie Keough is an experienced professional in wellbeing and impact engagement, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Pure Technology Inc. since August 2025, and as a Corporate Relations and Wellbeing Specialist at Loopwell since September 2024. Leslie is a member of WELL for Digital Health, contributing to the advancement of women in healthcare. As the Founder and CEO of Meditate Montclair from December 2017 to December 2024, Leslie successfully scaled the business and established wellness programs for over 8,000 employees of prominent organizations. Additional roles include coaching and marketing communication consulting at Arootah, mindfulness instruction at the YMCA of Montclair, and a previous career as an associate producer for notable campaigns in the media industry. Leslie holds a B.A. Cum Laude in Communication/Italian from Loyola University Chicago and an NBC-HWC Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from Real Balance Global Wellness Services Inc.
