Cassie Boye

Cassie Boye is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative and talent acquisition roles. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Well-Oiled Operations since April 2025, Cassie also operates as a Photographer with Cassie Jo Photography since March 2018. Prior experience includes a position as an Early Talent Coordinator at Milwaukee Tool for a brief period in early 2025, as well as a Talent Manager at Robert Half from November 2022 to January 2023. Cassie held the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Intuit from May 2019 to November 2022.
