Bali Kaila is an experienced Regional Operations Manager who has worked in various leadership roles within the pharmacy industry. Bali has a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from De Montfort University and has held positions at Well Pharmacy, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Boots UK. Bali has a strong background in improving efficiency, delivering new NHS contracts, and enhancing patient and customer experiences. Bali has also worked as a Regional pharmacy experience manager and Head of Region BITC, where Bali collaborated with various high-street businesses to promote healthy high streets.
