Seb Hobbs

Seb Hobbs has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Seb is currently an Advisory Board Member at Pennies, an organization focused on micro-donations. Prior to this, Seb served as the Chief Executive Officer at Well Pharmacy, where they led the company's response to the Covid-19 pandemic and implemented frameworks to strengthen governance and drive performance. Before that, Seb worked at Signet Jewelers, where they held various positions including President & Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director. Seb was instrumental in shaping risk management strategies, overseeing key strategies across multiple functions, and achieving consecutive years of sales growth. Seb also has experience at Blacks Leisure Group, WHSmith, KPMG, and Storehouse, BhS & Mothercare, where they held leadership roles and contributed to business restructuring, growth strategies, and merchandise management.

Seb Hobbs attended Middlesex University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Studies.
