Waqas A.

Waqas A. is an experienced pharmacist currently serving as a Dual-Site Pharmacist and Covid Vaccination Site Clinical Lead at Well Pharmacy since October 2019. In this role, Waqas A. manages the clinical and operational aspects of a vaccination clinic, responsible for delivering approximately 450 vaccines per week and training staff and volunteers. Waqas A. also serves as a Relief Pharmacist Manager, where leadership skills are utilized to support struggling branches and mentor university placement students. Additionally, Waqas A. is involved with Buttercups Training Limited as an Expert Witness, Mentor, and Supervising Pharmacist, assessing the competence of trainees. Prior experience includes roles as a Locum Pharmacist and a Pre-Registration Pharmacist, along with a community pharmacy placement and retail management roles while pursuing a Master's Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Bradford.
