Phil Milton has a wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry, starting as an apprentice at Halliburton before moving on to various roles such as Wireline Supervisor and Well Operations Engineer at companies like Wellserv Plc, Kerr McGee North Sea UK Ltd, and Shell EPE. Phil later held leadership positions at CNR International Ltd and IPM before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Well-Safe Solutions, where Phil focuses on subsea well decommissioning operations. With a degree in ONC Mechanical Engineering from Angus Technical College, Phil has proven to be a dedicated and skilled professional in the industry.
