Denise Bonder

Denise Bonder is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Wella Company since November 2022. Previously, Denise held the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Internet Brands and Spring Education Group, where talent strategies were developed for multi-brand networks providing quality education. Additionally, Denise was the Director of Talent Acquisition for Aramark's Uniforms & Refreshment Services, leading a team focused on recruiting for over 10,000 associates. Earlier career experiences include roles as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Beachbody and Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at The Wonderful Company, where significant cost reductions and effective hiring practices were implemented. Denise's expertise encompasses executive search, corporate recruiting, and talent management, supported by a BA and MA in Psychology from Purchase College, SUNY, and UCLA, respectively.
