Leonardo Salles

Leonardo Salles is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on trade marketing. Currently serving as Gerente de Trade Marketing at Wella Company since December 2020, Leonardo develops strategies, analyzes coverage, and defines GoToMarket terms for various channels, including distributors and salons. Prior roles include Gerente de Trade Marketing at Coty since December 2015, where responsibilities mirror those at Wella Company. From February 2009 to June 2016, Leonardo worked at Procter & Gamble as a Product Manager, managing marketing campaigns and promotional actions, as well as a Marketing Assistant before that. Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Publishing from Universidade Federal Fluminense, obtained in 2011.
