Lisa Hall

Lisa Hall has extensive experience in global initiative leadership and supply chain management within the beauty and consumer goods industries. Serving as the Global Initiative Leader at Wella Company since April 2020, Lisa previously held leadership roles at Merck Group, General Mills, and Coty, showcasing a strong track record in initiatives leadership and operations management. Prior to these roles, significant experience was gained at Procter & Gamble, where Lisa held various positions related to initiative planning and supply chain management. Lisa began a career in the industry at Wella Corporation and Wella Manufacturing Of Virginia, Inc., focusing on demand planning and integrated planning. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of South Florida, earned between 1991 and 1995.
