Marlena Sobierajska

Marlena Sobierajska serves as the Global Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Wella Company since June 2022, following a tenure as Director of HR for Eastern Europe and the Global Supply Hub at RB from November 2017 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional HR Director for Poland, EE & SEE at L'Oreal Polska and Human Resources Director, Board Member at both L'Oreal Polska and Cadbury Wedel. Additional positions include Senior HR Business Partner at Novartis and People Capability Director for Europe at Cadbury plc. Marlena's career began in HR management roles at PepsiCo Wedel and AT&T. Educational credentials consist of an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master's degree in Law from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
