Matthew Foster

Matthew Foster is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as APAC Marketing Director for OPI & Travel Retail at Wella Company since December 2020, Matthew leads a multifunctional team to drive marketing and go-to-market strategies in Australia and New Zealand. Prior experience includes roles at Coty as Marketing Director for Professional Beauty and multiple positions at Procter & Gamble, where Matthew oversaw commercial operations and marketing initiatives for various well-known brands. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from UNSW and a Graduate Certificate in Journalism from the University of Technology Sydney, Matthew combines strong analytical skills with a creative approach to marketing.
