Neil Steven is a seasoned professional in the retail hair and personal care sectors, currently serving as Senior Director for Retail Hair UK&I at Wella Company since December 2020, overseeing sales and marketing for iconic brands such as Clairol and Nice'N Easy. With a strong background in leadership, Neil previously held the role of Director for Retail Hair at Coty, facilitating the transition of the division to Wella Company. Prior experience includes significant positions at Nielsen, where Neil directed sales effectiveness, and at SCA Hygiene Products, managing a £75 million personal care business.
