Dustin K. Ranck

Dustin K. Ranck has over 9 years of work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 2013, they worked as an intern at Cassidy Turley, where they gained extensive experience in programs such as SharePoint, Infopath designer, Visio, WebEx, and Nintex. During their internship, they designed and created the Innovation Central Wikipedia Library and a contract management form for Corporate Procurement.

In 2014, Dustin worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Insight Global, assisting customers with navigating the Evolve website, enrolling in classes, redeeming e-books, and escalating tickets for technical issues.

Later that year, they joined Advanced Technology Services Inc as a Senior Helpdesk Analyst, providing technical support to end-users.

In 2015, Dustin worked at Sora Technologies as a System Administrator, and in 2017, they joined Ruan Transportation Management Systems as a Systems Administrator, where they also served as a Lead Security Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for work prioritization, sprint planning, researching and implementing new security tools, and serving as a subject matter expert for Azure Active Directory, Office 365 Suite, and Microsoft Licensing, among others. Dustin K. also participated in projects such as implementing a monthly patch cycle and the Data Center Relocation Project.

Currently, Dustin holds the position of Security Engineer 3 at American Enterprise Group, Inc., which they started in 2022.

Dustin K. Ranck pursued their education at Southeastern Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. Dustin K. then continued their studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completing their Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Management and Information Systems from 2009 to 2013.
