Susan Kelly, M.S., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement, organizational leadership, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Young Women's Resource Center since 2025, Susan contributes to long-term goals and mission-driven programming supporting young women. As the Director of Customer Engagement and Innovation at Wellabe since March 2022, Susan plays a pivotal role in enterprise-wide transformation and leadership. Previous roles include Director of Customer Experience at The Waldinger Corporation, Senior Life Operations Manager at Global Atlantic Financial Group, and various positions at Principal Financial Group, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Susan holds an Executive Education Certification in Executive Leadership from Drake University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from William Penn University.
