Tate Porter, FPC

Tate Porter, FPC has a diverse work experience. Tate began their career in 2013 as a Senior Counselor and Pro Shop Assistant for the VAL HALLA GOLF ASSOCIATION, where they developed and maintained multiple databases, managed member credits and initiated communication with over 200 junior golfers. In 2015, they worked as a Video Producer for the Town of Cumberland, operating video equipment and recording live weekly town meetings that were broadcast to the community. In 2019, they interned as a Field Inspector for the Town of Cumberland, expediting the implementation of Solar Panels and reporting on solar field construction to the Director of Communications. In 2020, they worked as a Scholar Intern and Summer Intern for Unum. In 2021, they were a Management Trainee for Bangor Savings Bank. Currently, they are a Business Development Associate for Wellable and a Payroll Development Officer I for Bangor Payroll®.

Tate Porter, FPC, has a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from the University of Maine, which they obtained in 2021. Tate also has additional certifications, such as Explorations in Analytics from Northeastern University, obtained in December 2021, Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Excel and Excel 2019) from Microsoft, obtained in December 2020, and Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association (APA), obtained in January 2022.
