Angie Rogers has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Angie is currently serving as the Senior Director of Care Model Innovation at WellBe Senior Medical since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Value-Based Care Consultant from February 2022 to February 2023. Rogers also held various roles at Oak Street Health, including Medical Director of Transitional Care and Director of Transitional Care Nursing from January 2020 to February 2022. Angie co-founded and served as the Director of ICAS/Juntos Adelante from 2002 to 2022. Additionally, they worked at Northwestern Medical Group - Transitional Care as a Nurse Practitioner and Program Director of Bridges to Communities Grant from 2010 to January 2020.
