Melissa Matheson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, fitness, and business development. Currently serving as a Health and Nutrition Coach, Run Coach, and Lead Fitness Trainer at WellBeing Fitness since April 2016, Melissa plays a key role in brand growth through various marketing strategies and the customization of personal training services. Prior to this, Melissa held several positions in marketing and business development at HCC Specialty and served as a part-time Marketing Manager for the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts. An experienced fitness instructor, Melissa has also worked in various capacities within the fitness industry, including as a Group Exercise Instructor at Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Studies from the University of Connecticut.

WellBeing Fitness is led by creator and owner Scott Cassa. A fitness trainer for twenty years, Scott has developed a whole life model for programming that can assist anyone in building a lifestyle fueled by good health, and aim high for personal achievements. With studios in Westford and Groton Massachusetts focused on specialized fitness and lifestyle wellness. Each client is viewed as an individual; with individual goals, interests, health histories, and fitness levels. This approach is key to maximizing long-term success with lifelong results. Achieving physical goals and long-lasting health becomes the roadmap to a future where anything is possible. Strength training, weight management, restorative mobility, cardiovascular health, post-injury health, athletic conditioning, sports specific training, mindfulness, nutrition support, yoga, and corporate wellness are all services our team of specialists is excited to provide clients. At Cassa Health, we believe it is our duty to meet your expectations when starting a personal training program. We will take your medical history, needs and goals into consideration for every program we design and will be in constant communication to make sure these objectives are recognized and monitored throughout your program. Additionally, we offer services that complete the full circle of holistic, healthy living including nutrition counseling, meal planning, online nutrition programs, corporate wellness solutions, group fitness, yoga and more.
