Hitakshi Soni

Hitakshi Soni is an experienced professional in product development within the food and nutrition industry. Currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at Wellbeing Nutrition since March 2022, Hitakshi previously held roles such as Senior Product Developer at Onelife India and engaged in new product development at RAW Pressery, focusing on R&D. A background includes being a Food Technologist at Alliance India and Product Developer at Lykis Ltd. Hitakshi's early career involved an internship at IIT Bombay, where analysis of shelf life for formulations aimed at malnourished children was conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Technology and Processing, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, both obtained from the College of Home Science Nirmala Niketan.
