Alan Grimes

Alan Grimes is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and mental health sectors, currently serving as an Honorary Life Member of Les Clefs d'Or® International and as a Schools Counsellor & Wellbeing Worker at Wellbeing Scotland. With extensive experience, Alan held key positions at prestigious hotels including Head Concierge at Cameron House on Loch Lomond and Senior Concierge at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel, where significant contributions to service standards were recognized through positive guest feedback. Alan founded the Scottish region of Les Clefs d'Or in 2009, developing a structured committee of over 30 associates.
