Larry Keister

Larry Keister is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the energy services and construction industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at Wellbore Integrity Solutions since February 2017, Larry previously held the position of Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Logan International Inc from May 2010 to December 2016. Larry also brought expertise as Managing Director at Corporate Finance & Accounting Advisors from January 2005 to December 2009, where turnaround management for a $100 million energy company and interim CFO roles for a $15 million equipment distribution company were notable accomplishments. Prior to this, Larry was the Chief Financial Officer at MLN from 2004 to 2006 and held a similar role at Naylor Industries, Inc., where growth from $15 million to $85 million in annual revenue was achieved during tenure from January 1988 to June 1999. Larry holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
