Shane Willoughby

Shane Willoughby serves as the General Counsel, Secretary to the Board of Directors, Chief Compliance Officer, and Vice President at Wellbore Integrity Solutions since April 2023, overseeing legal and compliance matters for a global energy business operating in over 20 countries. Previously, Shane held various legal leadership roles at McDermott International, Ltd, including Vice President Legal and Corporate Secretary, contributing to the CB&I Global Tanks Business and serving on the Board of NET Power, which focuses on renewable energy and zero-emissions technology. Shane has extensive experience in managing legal operations for major oil and gas projects with Qatargas and KUFPEC, in addition to foundational work at Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in M&A and corporate governance. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Simon Fraser University.
