Shantanu has held titles such as Director of Engineering, Sr. Engineering Manager, Engineering Project Manager, and Design Engineer at companies like Wellbore Integrity Solutions, Schlumberger, Smith International, Inc, and Sandvik. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University, Shantanu has specialized in product development, project management, and commercialization of new technologies in various product lines such as Plug & Abandonment, Wellbore Departure, and Fishing tools.
