Kathy Swenson

Kathy Swenson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in employment relations, staffing, and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Wellbridge since May 2016, Kathy focuses on assisting managers with employee issues at health clubs nationwide. Previously, as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., Kathy evaluated sales reports to forecast staffing needs and partnered with store management on employee relations. Kathy's career began at FurstStaffing, where from May 1998 to September 2013, responsibilities included managing performance and behavior of over 100 field employees, conducting pre-employment checks, and developing customized employment manuals for clients. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University.
