Bridget Griffin Thompson, MPH, NBC-HWC, PCC, CPHWC, serves as a Lecturer/Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, specializing in maternal and child health and holistic health. With extensive experience as a Health Educator and Wellness Coach, Bridget has contributed to projects aimed at reducing type 2 diabetes in Hispanic women and has coordinated wellness initiatives at Holyoke Community College. Bridget has held various roles in health education, program coordination, and training at organizations such as New Directions Behavioral Health and Cooley Dickinson Hospital, in addition to founding Life & Wellness Coaching. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
