Carra Payne Pcc

Carra Payne, PCC, currently serves as the Administrative Manager at Enviro-Master of Metro Detroit South since June 2023 and has been a Certified Professional Coach with Wellcoaches since February 2021. Previously, Carra held the role of Project Lead at R1 RCM from January 2018 to October 2021, supervising teams in various capacities. Carra's career also includes experience as Team Leader I at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from October 2009 to January 2015, overseeing a team of customer service representatives and providing coaching on best practices. Additionally, Carra began as Customer Service Representative II, supporting clients with health insurance needs. Carra holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies, and Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Oakland University, alongside foundational education at The Roeper School from 1992 to 2000.
