Erika Jackson

Erika Jackson's work experience includes positions at various organizations. Erika worked as the Chief Coaching Officer at Wellcoaches Corporation, where they built and managed a team of faculty and employees delivering training programs. Erika also developed the strategic vision for the organization and oversaw various operations functions. Prior to that, Erika was the Founder and Executive Wellness Coach at Creative Wellness Coaching. Erika also worked as an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Instructional Designer at ImprovEdge, providing coaching services and designing learning experiences. Additionally, Erika worked as a Professional Development Coach at State Teacher's Retirement System, a Life Coach at LifeTrek Coaching International, and a Manager of Learning and Development at Limited Brands. Erika started their career as a Manager of Training and Development at CheckFree Corporation.

Erika Jackson holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Otterbein University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Erika has obtained various certifications over the years. In 2010, they became a Certified Professional Health and Well-being Coach through Wellcoaches. Erika also became qualified in the Myers Briggs Type Inventory through The Myers-Briggs Company in the same year.

In 2014, Erika achieved the title of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation. Erika further expanded their certifications in the field in 2017 with the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) designation from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.

More recently, Erika obtained the Pro-D Assessment certification in 2018, followed by the IDI Qualified Administrator certification from IDI, LLC in 2021. Lastly, in October 2021, they obtained the Be Well Lead Well Pulse Assessment certification from the Wisdom Works Group.
