Erika McShane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits management and global mobility. Currently serving as the Benefits and Global Mobility Manager at Legend Biotech since May 2022, Erika also contributes as a CycleBar Instructor and as a Licensed Wellcoach® with Wellcoaches Corporation, where support is provided to clients in areas such as weight, nutrition, and mental health. Previous roles include Manager, Benefits and Global Mobility, Senior Benefits and Global Mobility Specialist, and Senior Benefits Analyst at IGT, alongside serving as Health and Fitness Program Manager at Pro Health, Inc., and Health Fitness Professional at HealthFitness. Erika holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island.
