Wellcoaches
Heather B Matthews is a certified wellness coach at Wellcoaches Corporation since January 2012 and a certified exercise physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine since December 2008. Prior experience includes serving as an exercise physiologist at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals from 2006 to 2010, focusing on health education and exercise testing and prescription. Heather earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Performance from Frostburg State University between 2000 and 2002 and a degree in Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Health from the same institution from 1996 to 2000.
