Karen Breyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and wellness coaching and public health education. As a Producer and Director at Cooking Lessons for Dad since January 2015, Karen is responsible for planning, producing, and directing episodes, while also serving as a photographer and videographer. Since June 2012, Karen has been a self-employed Certified Health and Wellness Coach and holds various certifications, including ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist and Certified Health Education Specialist. Prior to this, Karen worked as a registered nurse at Loma Linda University Medical Center from 1996 to September 2017, serving in multiple units, and also held the position of Research Project Director at Loma Linda University from 2011 to 2012. Karen obtained a Master's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loma Linda University.
