Keri Bell is an experienced professional in health and wellness with over a decade of coaching and administration. Currently serving as a Lifestyle Coach at Live Fit for Life since July 2011, Keri is involved in company wellness programs and delivers group lifestyle coaching along with Lunch and Learn presentations. Additionally, Keri has been a Certified Professional Wellcoach® and Fitness Trainer at Wellcoaches since January 2007, providing independent coaching and training services. Keri's administrative expertise is showcased through an extensive tenure as Executive Administrator at Southwest Communications, Inc. since 1994. Keri's educational qualifications include certifications in health coaching, nutrition, holistic health, and fitness training from various esteemed institutions, including The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Wellcoaches. Keri also holds the title of National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach since 2017.
